History:

Use method of instant drying adhesive:

1, glue curing conditions

Instant dry adhesive is suitable for bonding at room temperature, generally 25±5, with a humidity of 55-75%. It should be carefully stirred before use.

Instant dry adhesive contains volatile organic solvents, when sizing air smooth, do not close to friendly fire or high temperature.

When stored at less than 5, there may be a gel, use 30 - 50 hot water will be soaked for 20 minutes to restore the original state, the performance is unchanged, can continue to use.

2. Surface treatment

Before using instant dry glue, treat the adhesive surface.

Not limited to oil removal, rust removal, moisture removal, polishing;

Sandpaper mechanical grinding or solvent cleaning (industrial alcohol) chemical cleaning is more commonly used;

Flame or corona treatment for special PP, PET, PPSU, PC plastic.

The K770 primer is available for the silica industry to provide glue adhesion to the substrate surface.

3. Apply glue

The amount of glue is chosen according to different base materials, generally, a small amount of even is better.

General materials can be coated with glue.

Porous base material can increase the amount of glue or glue this time, it is recommended to 2-3 times, pay attention to glue need to wait for the next time after the solvent of the glue is completely volatile, can carry on next glue, can't jump the gun.

Quick dry glue coating tips:

4. Adhesive pressing

Hammering or rolling can improve bonding quality.

5. Bonding strength

Although instant dry glue can form excellent adhesive strength in less than 1 minute, when the strength is stable and needs to be longer, it needs to be heated in a ventilated environment.

It is easy to produce albinism in closing environment.

It is suggested that adhesive products can be pre-packaged in sufficient time to improve the occurrence of albinism.

6, storage

Instant drying glue should be stored in a cool, dry place away from children, do not let the sun directly, avoid high temperature;

Solvent volatilization has not cured caking phenomenon, the use of ethyl acetate, butanone or acetone dilution.
