There are two ways to bind the silicone rubber sheet and metal at room temperature after molding:
1, quick-drying type: first clean the silicone and metal bonding surface with toluene or acetone to dry (generally put in less than 1 minute to remove oil);
Spray and brush with silicone rubber primer cl-16 again, and place on silicone rubber surface for 5 minutes (to activate silicone rubber surface);
Again apply a small amount of quick drying glue 601 or 603 to the silicone or metal bonding surface;
Finally, press them together for 5-10 seconds.
2. Slow-drying: clean the silicone and metal bonding surface with toluene or acetone and let it dry (generally put it in less than 1 minute to remove oil stains);
Apply kn-300a on the interface of silicone or metal again;
Next, fix or hold the two together (as long as they are not displayed) for 8 hours.
