This product is used for silicone gluing aluminum, copper (such as epoxy resin, ceramic, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, etc.), plastics (such as polyester, nylon, bakelwood, etc.) and inorganic materials (such as glass cloth) with high temperature resistance.
Features:
1.It has good adhesion effect to many kinds of silicone rubber mixtures, including those requiring or not requiring two-stage vulcanization.

3.Cl-24c adhesive can withstand water, salt spray, chemicals, grease, solvents and other harsh environment.

Process:
1, surface treatment: the metal with mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper grinding degrease, or with toluene treatment.
2. Glue: apply cl-26c on the surface of metal or other hard materials with brush or dip method and spray method.
3. Drying: dry under 150℃ for 15 minutes.
4, stop: glue should be as soon as possible, the best day to complete.
If avoid pollution and contact with high temperature and humidity air, it can be parked for no more than 3 days.
5, sulfurization: a vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber, the second vulcanization should not exceed 200℃.
