According to Kanglibang silicone glue's years of experience in silicone bonding, it is analyzed that the following main reasons cause the blistering phenomenon:

①The mold temperature is too high, the glue cannot withstand the high temperature, the solution is to adjust the mold temperature and curing time;

②It may be that the mold design is defective and the trapped air is generated. Solution to optimize the mold structure can also try to exhaust several times to see if it will be resolved;

③The rubber material does not match: mainly because some rubber materials can not meet the process requirements, you can try the rubber material test;

④Adjust the proportion of vulcanizing agent (for example);

⑤The surface of the material is contaminated and can be cleaned with a solvent. In addition, some auxiliary treatments can be made for the characteristics of some materials, such as nylon materials. Due to the water absorption of the material itself, long-term placement in a high temperature and high humidity environment causes excessive water content in the material, resulting in poor bonding , Foaming, the solution is to bake the nylon before the primer. The general temperature is 120 degrees for 30 minutes. If the nylon parts have glass fiber, the baking temperature can be increased appropriately. After baking, let it cool and then primer;

⑥After the primer, the glue is placed at room temperature or dried: Because the glue contains solvent, the room temperature may be affected by the temperature and humidity of the workshop, which may cause the glue to evaporate incompletely, and even absorb water to cause partial non-sticky or blistering of the product.
