How can liquid silicone rubber adhere to the circuit board and achieve waterproof, sealing, high temperature resistance?

The operation method is as follows: first clean the circuit board with toluene or alcohol;
Secondly, it can be evenly covered with silicone rubber kn-300c-1 and placed for 10~12 hours.
The product is waterproof, sealed, high temperature resistant and so on.
It can also uses for bonding formed silicone rubber to PCB.
