How to glue broken cured silicone kitchen ware in room temperature?
Our factory develops food and medical grade RTV silicone sealant which is for Silicone to silicone glue used in RTV as below:
RTV adhesive KN-300N one component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapours are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure.
RTV adhesive KN-300N are standard strength paste consistency, products which can be applied to stick silicone glue to silicone ,nylon, glass, clothes, plastic and so on. It’s characterized by temperature resistance (-60~200℃), ozone resistance, UV-Resistance and electrical insulating property.

Widely used for electron, electrical appliance, Automobile, Instrument, Machinery and Chemical etc.
Physical properties of food and medical grade RTV silicone sealant
Appearance: Colorless and semi-transparent gel
Viscosity: 60kg/cm²
Elongation: 300%
Process one: Silicone glue to silicone at room temperature.
Usage:
1, Cleaning: Cleaning the bonding surface.
2, Gluing: The gluing thickness equal and less than 5mm
3, Pressing: More than 120 munites pressing, Absolutely cured after 24 hours at 25℃.
