There is a product model cl-26ab-8, which can be realized. Unformed silicone rubber, plastic and metal can be vulcanized and formed in the mold.
silicone rubber glue cl-26ab-8 is suitable for liquid silicone rubber, PET, PC, nylon, metal, toughened glass and other hard base material hot vulcanized adhesive.
Features:

Performance:
Colour: clear liquid or colloid
Component: A: colloid B: colloid
Example: A: B= 1:1
Solvent: mixed solvent
Storage period: 3 months without opening the container (25℃)
Process:
1. Surface treatment: the substrate is chemically treated with solvent to remove oil and dust.
2. Glue coating: mix and stir the two components of AB evenly, then brush or dip, spray or screen printing.
3. Drying: dry at about 130℃ for 3 minutes.
4. Stop: glue as soon as possible, preferably on the same day.
If avoid pollution and exposure to high temperature and humidity air, can not more than 3 days.
5. Sulfurization: the liquid silicone rubber is mixed evenly and bonded to the base material by roller or hot air vulcanization.
Notes:
1. After mixing the AB components, please use them as soon as possible. The storage time shall not exceed 12 hours.
2. Store in the shade of dry bath, away from heat source and open fire.
3. The solvent is volatile. Please cover the container tightly after use.
4, the workplace should be fire ventilation, to prevent long-term inhalation or skin contact.
