[Kang Libang] Self-adhesive use method and matters needing attention
How to use self-adhesive glue
Use ratio: A glue: B glue = 100: 100 (mass ratio);
The A and B pairs are mixed by an automatic mixer at a ratio of 1:1, and the mixed rubber material is injected into the mold through the injection machine, and the rubber material must be full. (You can also stir and mix by hand, and then pour into the mold for compression molding);
The recommended curing conditions are: 120°C/200s (thickness 2mm);
The specific conditions of molding can be tested and determined according to the thickness or size of the product.
Self-adhesive storage conditions
Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place; the ambient temperature is less than 37°C. 6 months shelf life.
Precautions for self-adhesive adhesives
①Tool cleaning: the tools for taking A and B agents should be distinguished or wiped clean before use to avoid local agglomeration caused by the mixture of the two and cannot be used normally.
②Storage time: At 25℃, the safe storage period after A/B is fully mixed is 3 days. The higher the temperature, the shorter the storage time.
③Storage environment: When using, avoid contacting the rubber compound with compounds containing N, S, P, Sn, etc., otherwise it will cause no vulcanization or incomplete vulcanization.
④Clean the substrate: Because some molds leak oil or the substrate is not handled properly during the transfer process, the substrate is contaminated, so we recommend that the plastic material be wiped clean with alcohol or white electric oil before lamination, so as not to affect the bonding strength.
⑤Pay attention to mold release agents and additives: thermoplastic substrates containing internal mold release agents or "self-lubricants" will affect bonding. Avoid using sulfur or amine additives because they will inhibit the curing of silica gel.
