How to make silicone and metal adhesion stick firmly ?
1. surface treatment: the substrate with mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper after grinding degreasing treatment
2. glue: brush, dip or spraying method will be the adhesive on the surface of the processed substrate
3. drying: at room temperature dry for at least 30 minutes, or 110-130 baking 5-15 minutes
4. Storage: after the glue should be bonded as soon as possible, it is best to complete on the day to avoid pollution and contact with high temperature and humidity air 5 vulcanization: a curing for double 25 curing system, two curing should not exceed 200C
