When the factory encounters the adhesion between PP plastic and silicone in the production process, it is a big problem.
Usage of silicone glue for PP:
1. First, treat the PP plastic bond silicone surfaces that need to be bonded with surface treating agent, and leave the treated silica gel and PP plastic to dry for 3 ~ 5 seconds to allow the treating agent to evaporate.
2. Place the catheter on the plastic glue end of PP, and apply the glue on the treated PP plastic or silica gel surface (only one side can apply the glue) to keep the glue evenly.
3, the silicone and PP plastic lamination, with hand pressing 5 seconds, the glue is quick dry glue, 5 seconds positioning, 15 minutes can reach the silicone pull up the bonding effect of non-degumming!
Matters needing attention of PP silicone glue:
1. Be sure to apply adhesive after the volatilization of the treating agent, otherwise the adhesive bonding strength will be affected!
2. Treated PP plastic and silica gel, the effect of treating agent is still effective within 30 minutes!
3, Do not mix the glue primer!
