1. It must be added separately during mixing. The C-31B or C-31B1 component should be added first, and then the C-31A component can be added after mixing. Otherwise, the rubber may be dead during the mixing, and the two groups A and B cannot be combined. Mix in advance before adding;
2. The temperature should be lower than 45 ℃ during mixing, otherwise the rubber may scorch (commonly known as dead material);
3. Avoid direct or indirect contact with substances containing free nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, and compounds containing heavy metals (tin, lead, etc.), otherwise it may cause unfamiliarity, and it is particularly sensitive to sulfur, ammonia and other substances in the air, and is not easy Be aware that enterprises that produce rubber products should pay special attention;
4. The rubber compound that has been added to this product should be used up within 48 hours.
5. The product contains a small amount of volatile components, storage must be strictly sealed;
7. Choose the rubber material without anti-yellowing agent.
Storage: ventilated place below 30 ℃, protected from light, heat and heat source. C-31A can't be exposed to the air, it will turn black. C-31B contains highly volatile components, pay attention to sealed storage.
Shelf life: 6 months.
