PD-0403-4A/B is two component heat cured type ink , it features with gloss appearance , tear
resistance, strong adhesion and good tensile strength, superior electrical conductive performances
etc. Mainly applied on silicone rubber insulation plugs , silicone rubber Connector, intermediate,
lightning arrester and anti-static functions for cold shrinkage silicone rubber electric cable
accessories.
Processing
1. Wash the surfaces cleanly
2. Mix the ink evenly , mixing ratio A(Ink):B（Catalyst）=1:1 , use 300 meshes for filtration
3. Spray the mixed ink on the silicone rubber items and then forward to baking processing in the anti-dust environment after 5-10minutes
4. Baking Temperature 180-200℃ for 20- 30 minutes
