KANGLIBANG specializes in the development and production of silica gel glue, high-temperature glue, heat fluidizer, silica gel adhesion metal stainless steel temperature -60-350 degrees.Product model: cl-24w red liquid appearance, temperature -60-350 degrees, used in silicone central and stainless steel.Cl-24-1 is applied to aluminum alloy with red appearance and temperature resistance of -60-350 degrees.Cl-24w-2 is used in stainless steel, carbon steel, appearance is light yellow liquid, temperature resistance -60-350 degrees.Can withstand high temperature 230℃ test for 4 hours.
Note:
Store in dry and cool place, away from heat source and open flame, solvent is volatile, please cover the solvent tightly after use.Workplace should be fire ventilation, prevent long time inhalation or skin contact for a long time, if a little cloudy, does not affect the effect.
Usage:
1. The adhesive substrate shall be mechanically or sandpaper polished and degreased, or chemically treated with alcohol.
2. Apply glue with brush or soak method
3. Let dry at room temperature for 5 minutes
4. If nylon or baked-wood needs 90 degrees, bake for 5-15 minutes
The first stage vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber, the second stage vulcanization should not exceed 250 degrees.
