Silicone adhesive CL-24W :
Peroxide vulcanization-type silicone rubber or fluorosilicone rubber and metal (such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, zinc plating, nickel plating, etc.), nylon, bakelwood, epoxy resin and other hard substrate hot vulcanization-type adhesive
Features:
It has good bonding effect for a variety of silicone rubber mixtures, including single component single coating of two-stage vulcanized rubber material which is required or not. The bonding parts are simple in process and can withstand water, salt spray, chemicals, grease, solvents and other harsh environments
Process:
1.Surface treatment: will be adhesive base material with mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper grinding degreasing, or with alcohol chemical
2. Coating: brush or impregnation method, spraying method
3. Drying: at room temperature dry for at least 2 hours, do not need to bake, or more than 180 bake for 15 minutes
4.Store: glue should be bonded as soon as possible, the best on the day to complete If avoid pollution and contact with high temperature and humidity air, can be parked not more than 5 days of vulcanization: a vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber, two stages of vulcanization should not exceed 250C
