A. bonding at room temperature:
a) adhere to PP quick-drying type with solid silicone: treat PP and silicone with treating agent k770-4 and place on the surface for 15 minutes to let the surface dry, point the quick-drying adhesive (601/603) and press it hard for 10-15 seconds.
b) slow drying of solid silicone adhesive to PP: apply kn-300 or kn-30a to the adhesive surface and hold or fix it for 12 hours.
B. hot vulcanized bonding (silicone must be vulcanized with platinum):
a)platinum catalyzed silicone adhesion to PP: treat PP surface with treating agent cl-26a b), treat PP surface with cl-26a/b-1 and bake at 90°C for 15 minutes, then coat with liquid silicone and put into oven or mold to form together.
