Platinum vulcanizing agent has two-component A agent and B agent. During the vulcanization process, the silicone rubber is vulcanized according to the instructions for use. Boss Zhang in Guangzhou left a message and said: What is the difference between A and B of platinum vulcanizing agent? What ingredients? It seems that many bosses are not particularly familiar. So let's take a look at the difference between these two agents.
First of all, we know that platinum vulcanizing agents such as C-100AB are all platinum-additional silicone bridging agents, and are often called medical food grade vulcanizing agents because of their performance.
The difference between platinum curing agent A and B
Agent A: platinum catalyst;
Agent B: delay agent, cross-linking agent;
The main component of agent A is that the catalyst is working, and agent B is the two components of retarder and crosslinker. When using it, component B must be added first, and then component A can be added after mixing, otherwise it will die, and it is impossible to mix the components A and B in advance.
