Everybody is common stick iron glue to have AB glue, 502 glue, universal energy glue, does not need to nail glue to wait.
So what glue can silicone and iron use to stick firm?
"KANGLIBANG" three kinds of silicone iron glue: hot vulcanized glue, RTV silicone glue and instant glue.
Silicone iron glue
(1) hot vulcanized glue
Cl-24 / cl-26ab silicone iron adhesive, suitable for silicone materials and iron, stainless steel and other metals to achieve heating and pressure in the mold forming.
Cl-24 solid mixed silicone rubber + double pyrophosphate agent, metal, nylon, at 170℃ high temperature molding into one;
Cl-24s liquid silica gel or DCD solid adhesive is bonded to a metal substrate.
Molding from 120℃ to 140℃;
Cl-26ab liquid silicone or platinum vulcanized solid silicone rubber and metal, plastic injection molding, liquid silicone rubber is recommended for 120 to 140 vulcanization. Solid silicone can be in 120 to 190 more than a range of adhesion.
Universal silicone glue, can achieve silicone adhesion, silicone adhesion metal, plastic, glass, ceramics and most of the substrate;
Can stick silica gel and iron instant glue
"KANGLIBANG" 601/603 and other acrylic instant adhesive, can realize the small area of silicon and metal iron, aluminum, stainless steel metal bonding.
In order to ensure the bonding effect, utilize K770 silicone primer to activate the surface of silicone rubber to be bonded, which can help 30% of the bonding time.
