More and more solid silica gel package hardware products, began to use liquid silica gel and metal molding to replace.
How should do ability to raise production efficiency, use whose glue can make good product?
Liquid silica gel and iron are formed together in the mold. Before doing this process, the mold should be first done with a layer of electroplating such as teflon plating, chromium plating, etc.
These coatings and liquid silica gel and iron binder are not sticky, can improve product yield and production efficiency.

First: clean.
Iron or hardware surface is very easy to have grease or dirt, should use chemical solvent first, suggest to use alcohol, alcohol decontamination ability is stronger.
Next: apply glue.
Mix cl-26ab-24 in the proportion of A:B= 1:1 and stir well.
Then apply cl-26ab-24 evenly to the iron surface using spray, silk screen, brush or soak.
Again: dry.
Glue the iron of cl-26ab-24 and place it in the oven at 100-130° for 15-20 minutes.
Finally: molding.
The unvulcanized silica gel is bonded with iron casting or hot air vulcanization.
