Silicone buttons are bonded to abs. There is room temperature bonding that is common on the market. This method is more commonly used. For room temperature bonding, slow-drying glue (RTV silicone glue) and quick-drying glue (instant glue) can be used.
Slow-drying glue (RTV silicone glue): first clean the adhesive surface of the silicone button with alcohol, wait for it to dry, then apply glue to the ABS adhesive surface, and then glue the silicone button and the ABS shell together, applying half pressure It can be positioned within hours, and the bonding effect can be checked after waiting for 12 hours.
Quick-drying glue (instant glue): apply a layer of silicone treatment agent on the silicone button and wait for it to dry, then apply instant glue on the adhesive surface of the abs shell, press the two together for a few seconds, and wait one minute. Curing molding.
