Are you using the silicone color paste correctly?
Silicone color paste is a liquid silicone colorant. It is a new type of silicone color paste developed for liquid silicone rubber. It will not inhibit the vulcanization of platinum catalyst. Therefore, it has good compatibility with liquid silicone rubber, good dispersibility, strong tinting strength, high temperature resistance, no migration, easy and convenient addition, and is completely environmentally friendly. Silicone color paste is widely used in the coloring of liquid silicone injection extrusion and other processes.
Silicone color paste. Matters needing attention:
1. During the use of silicone color paste, the environment must be kept clean to avoid the dispersion of color spots caused by impurities in silicone rubber products.
2. Silicone color paste and the mixed rubber material should be sealed and kept clean to prevent static electricity from dusting
and excessive joints between color glue and air, which will cause the rubber material to harden and increase the difficulty of work.
3. When molding silicone products, you should know the temperature resistance of the silicone color paste,
so as to prevent the color change of the product during the high temperature baking process of the secondary vulcanization.
