To bond silicone to metal, there are two types of glue for bonding silicone to metal: high temperature and room temperature.
How to use high temperature glue?

Step 1
The metal surface to be bonded can be treated by mechanical, chemical, sandpaper and other methods.
Step 2
Apply glue, apply the glue evenly on the metal surface to be bonded (it is suitable for bonding as soon as possible after applying glue, do not park for too long, it is better to finish within 24 hours)
Step 3
Leave to dry at room temperature for at least half an hour, or dry at a temperature below 80° for 5 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Vulcanization conditions. One-stage vulcanization depends on the rubber material, and two-stage vulcanization removes impurities, not suitable for over 230°C

Step 1
Clean the surface of the silica gel plate with alcohol first (to avoid oil and dirt)
Step 2
Apply the glue evenly on the bonding surface of the silica gel board, don't worry, apply evenly, the thickness of the glue is less than 1mm.
Step 3
Bond the silica gel plate and the silica gel plate or the silica gel and the silica gel plate together under pressure. The pressure time should not be less than half an hour.
Step 4
Wait patiently for 24 hours. 24 hours of silicone glue successfully bonded.
