KN-300 series is a one-component room temperature adhesive suitable for silicone bonding silicone
It is mainly used for bonding between various silicone rubber such as silicone tubes, silicone sheets, silicone mould strips, silicone foam sheets, silicone day mould strips (sealing strips)
The bonded silicone product has the advantages of high strength, no brittleness, no fading and good elasticity.
How to use Kn-300 self- adhesive silicone strip adhesive?
- Clean and dry the parts to be bonded
- Prepare the adhesive application, adhesive thickness ≦ 5mm (manual brushing and machine application are both acceptable)
- Pressure, not less than 2 hours
- Place it at room temperature for 8-24 hours to see the effect, the best effect after 24 hours
Sticky silicone sealing strip adhesive curing principle: The slow-drying glue is cured when it encounters humidity (water vapor) and temperature in the air. It is best to control the humidity at about 75%, and the temperature is just right. After fully cured, it can pass FDA certification.
