What are the advantages of spraying Soft Touch Coating on silicone surface?

If you have some silicone products in your daily life, such as silicone phone case, watch strap, silicone toys and tubes, etc. You will easily find that some silicone products have a smooth and elastic surface and feel particularly good to the touch. The main reason is that the surface is sprayed with soft touch coating PT-0455 which gives a smooth feeling when touched by hand.
The following is the Advantages and Process of spraying soft touch coating PT-0455 on silicone products.

PROCESS:
1.Mix Silicone resin, Platinum catalyst and Solvent (toluene) at weight ratio: Silicone resin: Platinum catalyst: Solvent=100: 2~3: 300~500
( for example, 100 grams Silicone resin, 2~3 grams Platinum catalyst mixing 300~500 grams Solvent ) . Mixing Silicone resin and Platinum catalyst first, stir evenly,then mix Solvent , stir
evenly for 5~10 minutes.
2. Please filter with 300 mesh filter screen for two times before spraying.
3. The maximum working time is 12 hours after mixing coating PT-0455.
4. Please keep working temperature at 22℃ and keep constant humidity in working process.
