The characteristics of the three-proof adhesive are as follows:
One-component adhesive. No mixing is required, UV curing is fast, and dispensing or spraying is very easy.
Wide range of adhesive materials. High bonding strength, excellent optical properties, excellent weather resistance, no yellowing.
No VOC. It can avoid contact with various pollution sources during the assembly process of the product, such as component residues, fingerprints, dust, grease, etc.
Waterproof and shock-resistant. Salt spray resistance and breakdown strength are stronger than other three-proof paints.
Three-proof paint used for PCB and shadow areas can be cured by secondary heat or moisture. For example: light and moisture dual curing, some models of shadow parts are assisted by heat curing.
Other aspects are as follows:
Simple operation. Suitable for brushing, spraying, dipping, pouring and other processes, fast curing speed, good adhesion to various circuit boards.
