What are the common classifications of silicone adhesives?

1. Silicone glue: One-component silicone adhesive/sealant that forms a tough solid through air curing. Has good weather resistance, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance. Operating temperature from -60℃ to 200℃
2. Quick-drying adhesive: a one-component adhesive that solidifies instantly after contact with the metal surface. Most substrates have good adhesion and high strength. Can vary in viscosities, cure speeds, void filling abilities and surface compatibility.
3. AB glue: It can be one-component or two-component, heated and cured at room temperature. It has high bonding strength to most substrates, sometimes even exceeding the strength of the substrate itself. Epoxy resin is very hard, chemically and weather resistant. Can be designed into thermally and electrically conductive epoxy adhesives.
4. UV adhesive: One-component, solvent-free, UV and visible light curing adhesive can be used for bonding, coating, potting, and sealing. It cures within seconds when exposed to UV or visible light.
5. Hot melt adhesive: a thermoplastic material that, after melting in the glue application equipment, can wet the surface of the substrate and solidify to form a bond after cooling. It cures quickly and is not a true structural adhesive, but it bonds to a wide range of substrates.
6. Anaerobic adhesive: a one-component adhesive/sealant that can be cured only under air-free conditions. Used for thread locking, cylindrical holding, pipe thread sealing, flat sealing, etc
