Many kinds of glue are used in the led lights. The rtv silicone glue, epoxy resin sealing glue, silicone pressure-sensitive glue, transparent silicone packaging glue, waterproof glue, insulation glue, double-sided glue, silicone back glue, etc.
Because of the different types of glue used in different led lamp structures, it is suggested to study the glue more convincing according to the specific led grade.Take a few common led light tape bonding examples:
① requires strong adhesive relay does not open adhesive, recommended instant adhesive silica gel treatment agent adhesive scheme, high strength and fast speed, suitable for assembly line rapid production.
② requires more, sealing waterproof, insulation and so on have high requirements, recommended room temperature silicon sulfide rubber kn-300 series glue, and then harsh environment can maintain a good strength will not open glue!
