What is the processing and production process of silicone kitchen utensils?

Step 1: No matter what product is produced, drawings are required, and the same is true for silicone kitchen utensils. Take the silicone spatula as an example, first design its drawing file, what kind of spatula to make, and the size of the shovel. How long is the wide handle and so on.
Step 2: Open the mold. The surface of the silicone-coated kitchen utensils is made of silicone. There is a high-temperature-resistant plastic part inside the handle. There are two types of molds that need to be opened. One is a plastic mold, which is the kitchen utensils. The other type of internal plastic parts is the silicone mold of the silicone kitchen utensils we see on the surface. When designing the silicone mold, it is necessary to consider the positioning method when the plastic parts and silicone are integrally formed!
Step 3: After all the molds are manufactured, the plastic part inside the handle of the spatula needs to be produced first, and it must be made of high temperature resistant material. Put it into a high-temperature silicone mold for one-piece vulcanization production.
Step 4: After the silicone kitchen utensils are vulcanized and mature, they can be taken out of the machine to check whether they are cooked, whether there is any edge burst, etc. for preliminary inspection. If a defect is found, the operator must seriously consider where the problem occurred, or the problem of the person who debugged the machine. This is the first step in quality inspection, and no problem should occur.
Step 5: After the production personnel produce it, hand it over to the staff of the manual department for rough edge treatment. The rough edge treatment also has a lot to do with the mold. The mold line should not be thick, which will affect the appearance. When dealing with the rough edge, it must be repaired by hand. The edge remover must not be able to remove the burrs of silicone kitchenware.
Step 6: After the raw edge is processed, it will be handed over to the quality department personnel for inspection. It needs to be inspected from various aspects, such as appearance, whether there are any unfamiliar places, black spots and other quality problems!
Step 7: Hand feeling treatment. Some silicone kitchen utensils have been treated with hand feeling, such as smooth surface, frosted surface effect treatment, etc. If there is no hand feeling problem, then this seventh step can be ignored! And when dealing with the problem of hand feel, don't take it lightly. If you break one, all the previous steps will be equivalent to nothing.
