There are many types of glues used in LED lights.
RTV silicone glue, epoxy potting glue, silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, transparent silicone packaging glue, waterproof glue, insulating glue, double-sided glue, silicone back glue, etc.
Since the types of glue used by different LED lamp structures are also very different, it is recommended to study according to the specific LED grade to be more convincing. Give a few common examples of LED strip bonding.
①It is required to have a strong adhesive force without opening the glue. The instant glue + silicone treatment agent bonding solution is recommended. The strength is high and the speed is fast, which is suitable for rapid production on the assembly line.
② There are more requirements, such as tightness, waterproofness, and insulation. We recommend room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber kn-300 series glue, which can maintain good strength and will not be glued even in harsh environments!
