There are many types of glues used in LED lights.
RTV silicone glue, epoxy resin potting glue, silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, transparent silicone sealing glue, waterproof glue, insulating glue, double-sided glue, silicone back glue and so on.
Due to the different types of glues used in different LED lamp structures, it is more convincing to study according to the specific LED grade. Give a few common examples of LED light strip bonding.
①It is required that the adhesive strength is strong and the glue will not be opened. The instant glue + silica gel treatment agent bonding scheme is recommended. The strength is high and the speed is fast, which is suitable for the rapid production of the assembly line.
②There are more requirements. There are very high requirements for sealing, waterproofness, insulation, etc. We recommend room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber kn-300 series glue, which can maintain good strength in harsh environments and will not open the glue!
