Curing principle and product characteristics of instant adhesive

1. Curing principle of instant dry glue
In a sealed environment, the acidic stabilizer of cyanoacrylate inhibits the combination of molecules, keeping the adhesive in a liquid state without curing. When the instant glue is applied to the surface of the object to be bonded, the moisture around the bonding surface combines with the acid stabilizer in the instant glue and neutralizes with the acid stabilizer in the instant glue. The monomer absorbs moisture from the air and the surface of the adhesive to achieve curing.
2. Characteristics of instant dry glue products
There are many types of instant adhesives: fast bonding speed, simple operation, high bonding strength, low whitening, low viscosity, low odor, excellent resistance to peeling, impact and shear strength. They are commonly used in plastic, silicone, rubber, metal, Bonding of wood, ceramics, leather and other materials
When bonding with cyanoacrylate, try to increase the humidity on the surface of the object so that the cyanoacrylate can absorb more moisture and speed up the curing speed. When the humidity really cannot be increased, you can use a cyanoacrylate accelerator to neutralize the acid stabilizer and speed up the curing of the cyanoacrylate. If the bonding surface is greasy or not clean enough, you can also use a surface treatment agent to treat it first so that the bonding surface can bond better.
