Glue for PP to PVC: high strength PP glue application solution
14 Dec 2023
PP (polypropylene) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) are two common plastic materials. They have excellent physical and chemical properties and therefore are widely used in many fields. However, the two materials also have some different properties, so bonding them is not an easy task. However, there is now a high-strength PP glue that can solve the bonding problem between PP and PVC.
The glue for PP to PVC is a special adhesive. It is specially designed for the bonding of PP materials. It has the advantages of high strength, waterproof, aging resistance, etc. It has a wide range of applications and can be used for PP and various plastics and metals. Therefore, for the glue problem of PP and PVC, it can effectively bond the two materials together firmly.
Operation instructions:
1. Surface treatment: Clean dust, oil, etc. on the surface of the bonding material;
2. Apply glue: Use a soft glue bottle with a pointed mouth, a brush, a cotton swab, a scraper and other tools to apply glue to the required joints of the material.
3. Curing: Single-sided glue does not need to be left to dry for direct bonding. It takes about 15 minutes to position and leave for 24 hours to completely cure.
Double-sided gluing needs to be left to dry for about 5-15 minutes. It can be glued and pressed tightly without touching your hands. Do a test after leaving it for 24 hours.
