How to use plastic glue:
1. Apply an appropriate amount of H-1208 glue on the surface to be glued. After applying the glue, bring the two surfaces together. It can be positioned in 3-5 seconds and the non-degumming effect can be achieved in 3-5 minutes. [You need to remove dirt, rust, oil, and release agent from the surface of the adhesive parts. You can use a clean cloth and alcohol].
2. Dot the glue on the product, then glue the product on the other side and press it firmly.
3. Generally, wait 10 to 60 seconds to fix the adhesive parts. Do not separate or move the adhesive parts during the process, which will affect the bonding strength.
4. The amount of glue should be enough to form a thin film after bonding. If the amount of glue is too little, the adhesive force will not be enough. If the amount of glue is too much, it will cure slowly and cause serious whitening.
Precautions when using plastic glue:
1. Please seal the glue well after use to prevent the glue from solidifying.
2. The glue must be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and dark place, and avoid direct sunlight. If it is not used for a long time, it needs to be stored in a refrigerator (5-8 degrees).
