Silicone coated iron vulcanization glue
21 Dec 2023
Silicone-coated metal hot-vulcanized glue is made of polymer materials and uses specific chemical reactions to firmly bond silicone and metal together. These adhesives have the characteristics of high light transmittance, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, etc., and they cure quickly and can achieve rapid bonding in a short time.
During the production process, the use of silicone-coated metal thermal vulcanization glue is very convenient:
1. Silicone bag. Clean dust, oil, etc. on the surface of the bonding material.
2. Use brushing, dipping or spraying to evenly apply glue on the surface of the material (soak for 30 minutes using the dipping method).
3. After coating, dry at room temperature for more than 30 minutes, and then vulcanize; vulcanization temperature: between 160 degrees and 180 degrees, vulcanization for 5 minutes
4. Try to vulcanize on the same day after applying glue to ensure the bonding effect. If it exceeds 3 days, you need to re-apply glue.
