KL-298 or KL-2620C , The tackifier , is suitable for promoting the adhesion of silicone adhesive with PET and TPU material ,,serving as innner additon type adhesion promoter.
Applied for protective film like OCA film, PET film, high temperature tapings,stick the silicone adhesive to PET& TPU Tapings in hot tunnels after
heat cure in the lamination coating process .

1,Corona treatment : Corona treat the PET material and remember to remove dirts and oil.
2,Mixture:Mix into the solvent incorporated silicone adhesive with suggested proportion
3,Coating:Apply the adhesive through scrapping coating , brush coating, spraying coating on the PET substrates.
4,Drying : Medium temperature heat at 130℃ for 1-2 minutes.

1,Stored in dry and shade environment and keep away from heat and fire. 2,The solvent is volatile and should be capped tightly after use. 3,Keep the working area ventilated, avoid long time inhalation and skin-contact. 4,Consume the tackifier-added silicone adhesive in 8 hours. 5,The product should avoid direct contact with solvent- free silicone adhesive,otherwise,it goes white and lose function.
